POLE INSTRUCTOR

Lauren started pole in 2010, and has competed in over 25 national and international pole competitions, including placing 2nd in the European championships.

Lauren loves that anyone can pole and loves watching people grow.

Lauren teaches our beginner/progression classes. In these classes you will work on spins, static poses and elegant combos.

Lauren is the Queen of all pole shapes and you will definitely leave class smiling and wanting more!
