Introduction

Studio 901 respects your privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We take special care to protect the privacy and security of your information. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us.

This policy explains our information practices and the way that Studio 901 collects and uses your information. This privacy policy covers the information you provide to us in any format, on or offline and via the Studio 901 online booking website, goteamup.com in accordance with the GDPR which comes into force May 2018.

Using your Personal Information

When you register class attendance for all classes held by Studio 901, via our online booking system, we collect contact information such as address, phone number, emergency contact details, email address and student information such as student name and medical conditions. This ensures that all health and safety measures are covered including current medical conditions, who to contact in an emergency and doctor surgery information should an injury occur whilst in class. It also helps us predetermine if you are fit and able to partake in any session hosted by Studio 901 and that you are not partaking in a class which is beyond your medical capabilities.

This information is a necessity and without the medical disclaimer, students are not allowed to partake in any class undertaken by Studio 901’s instructors.

Accessing your Personal Information

When you register on Go Team Up and sign our online forms, you are required to enter an email address and a password. The combination of that email account and password is used to ensure that only you have access to it, and only you have the ability to modify, your personal information through Studio 901’s booking site. Studio 901’s administrators are not able to see your password and only have access to your personal information in order to manage the health and safety of the student’s class participation as well as studio business and bookings.

Studio 901 will only share personal information with third parties if required to do so by law or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.

Disposal of Personal Information

When signing up to our booking online system, you have full control to erase your personal information at any point of time. However, once this information has been erased, you can no longer attend a class if we do not have access to your medical disclaimer.

Studio 901 reserves the right to dispose of personal information from the online booking system three months from the date which the student has attended their last class.

Anti Spam Process

We only ever send information following a request from you and will never knowingly send information via email not relating to your original request. All class/course/workshop updates are published on our Facebook site to reduce the risk of spam being sent via email.
